Bought a car from here. And they rigged it not to have any check engine lights or other lights after 1 week of having the car a different dealership stepped in to fix the issue not patch it slummy dealers dont buy from them

Truly- Buyer Beware- Seriously do some asking around in the community before going to these people. I have found 3 folks- one in my church who is elderly- who have been royally screwed over by Dave's. I learned too late. I have a friend who traded in her car for what she was told would be the more gas efficient car she was looking for. They straight out lied to her about the actual mileage she would get (easily 5-6 mpg MORE than the car she had), and misled her the actual number of cylinders the engine had. They told her the car had been through their 'rigorous' check program and was in fine working condition. After purchasing the car, the first time she tried to put down the electric window on the drivers' side- it didn't work. She ended up tussling with them to get the repair, and had to drive to Jackson on her own dime to get the repair done. I have since heard similar stories about other folks ending up with vehicles that were not what was promised and/or had mechanical problems right away. My friend is a retired hospice nurse who is living on a fixed income and does a lot of volunteer work still. Truly, these people will scam anyone to make a sale- no scruples, no heart. I don't care about let the buyer beware- you should be intelligent enough and have enough basic human decency to make a living without scams.
