This place is very reliable. I called and asked for a BMW windshield replacement and he had the windshield ready to go that day. I showed up and was greeted with coffee and a smile. Eric(the owner) was very friendly and completed my windshield in 20 minutes. I am a active duty military and he did me a great service. I have never experienced this level of professionalism anywhere else. I highly recommend this place to every person who needs a new window or even a detail. Horrible Customer Service! Had a 10 am Appointment setup for a new windshield install. Arrived at 9:45 am OPEN sign was on, door was locked. waited till 10:15 am called the cell phone number on the door. Guy says oh sorry ill be there soon, waited over an hour and he never showed up...! Had other appointments to make that day, even told this guy that days before my appointment at 10 am. I found someone else to do the windshield work for me~
